To ensure we work together smoothly and make the most of our time, I’ve outlined the following policies around payments, cancellations, communication, and client responsibilities. These guidelines are here to protect both your investment and my time, while creating a structured, supportive experience that sets us up for success.

Payment Policy
All Clarity Calls and services require payment at the time of booking.
Payments are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before, payment may be applied to a future session.
Ongoing retainers and packages are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Once Retainer payments are due, the retainer is non-refundable.
Please refer to the retainer contract for cancellation procedures.

You may reschedule your Clarity Call up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your call are non-refundable.
No-shows will result in forfeited payment.
For retainer clients, meetings must be rescheduled with 24-hour notice whenever possible.

Communication Policy
Our standard business hours are Monday–Thursday, 10 AM–4 PM EST.
Emails and messages will be responded to within 24 business hours.
For retainer clients, we provide dedicated email support; priority response is given to Growth & Executive package clients.
Calls must be scheduled in advance through our booking link — unscheduled calls will not be answered.
